Flowers that make a happy day

Saturday comes with no invitation. It just comes and it cannot be stopped. A day in a week is unique. Saturday is a day of peace and these flowers are a joy.

Scarcity of flowers

Flowers are always a joy to behold. The more there are, the greater the enjoyment. The opposite is also true as in situations where there is a scarcity of anything. At the Dairy Farm Nature Park yesterday, flowers were not easily seen inside the park. Therefore the few that we came across gave us happiness equivalent to seeing a park full of them.

Flowers in a neighbourhood garden

These were the flowers that I saw when I came across this small garden in a HDB neighbourhood. The garden was a pleasant surprise even though the flowers were not exceptionally beautiful.
