Cat's whiskers

Where are the cats? Why have they left behind their whiskers in the sun? They look like they are about to take to the air and spin across the universe. I may never see them again. It is okay, we met and that was important.

Maybe this is the only time that I got to see these flowers blooming in abundance in one place. The morning light was soft and the flowers both of the white and purplish variety were fresh and reaching out to maturity. These would be pretty flowers to have in my garden one day.
