The bright pink dragon fruit that we find in our markets and supermarkets are mostly imported from Vietnam. I would love to have seen the flowers of this cactus that originally comes from Mexico, Central and South America. Next time perhaps and I will be keeping a look out for them in places like the farm I visited this afternoon.
