Why do I take so many shots of just a few flowers? One reason is that I want to work the Canon IXUS 870 lens to the max of its macro function. It would appear that this time, I have not been very successful probably due to the lack of very strong sunlight that is needed when I am in full or semi-auto mode. This camera does not have partial or complete manuel settings and so I guess the sharpness depends very much on the lighting in the surroundings.
Secondly, taking pictures is just my way of enjoying the details of nature while framing them.
