Pentas lanceolata - four colours side by side

My appearance may be plain
and I do not have the looks
of the impressive Ixoras

I have no fragrance that enthralls
nor petals to die for and I am
easily dwarfed by my neighbours

What I lack in beauty and stature
I make up for with simplicity
and a chameleon of colours
