Hibiscus

The nicest flowers are at home because they are always there like my faithful hibiscus plant that produces at least a flower if not three or four every day. These shots were taken with the Canon 250mm Zoom lens.

These shots were taken of another flower yesterday using the Canon 100mm Macro Lens. Between the two lenses, the Macro lens gave me sharper pictures but they were heavy and not as easy to lug around as the Canon 250mm zoom. Ideally, I should use a tripod especially if I want to use the Macro. Given that I hate carrying too much unnecessary weight I just try my best to keep still.
