Bauhinia Kokiana

This is one creeper plant that I would like to have in my garden except that it would be impossible to maintain without a gardener to do the pruning and trimming and replanting necessary to keep the plant in a healthy condition. I often envy houses that are adorned with these cheerful flowers decked out on their fences and sometimes enclosing the car porch in a cloak of orange flowers. Since I cannot have this plant in my garden I look out for them in our parks. That day, I was lucky to have seen the seed pod of this plant as well.
